Dear Apple employees I am an iPhone user. My question is, does the company still support the replacement and maintenance guarantee for the XS MAX Dual SIM?

If the warranty is still valid, yes Apple still supports replacement and maintenance under warranty if the issue is found to be directly related to the manufacturing process.


If the Warranty has expired, (its been more than a year since purchase or more than the amount of time required by law in your country) then Apple will still repair and replace the phone but you will need to pay for the repair.
