What solutions will apple company provide for this manufacturing defect? Will they replace my phone with a brand new one? I bought this in April 2021 and still, it is in very good condition. (No external damages and 100% battery life and I was not able to move out from house due to COVID 19 travel restrictions). I am a bit scared that they would replace this with a refurbished one and that is quite unfair because the phone itself costs a lot and when it becomes a refurbished one the value goes considerably down. I am a bit disappointed when I saw on websites that they provide us with refurbished ones due to manufacturing defects like this.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

You would not know that the phone you get in return is brand new or remanufactured apart from the model number. They are not shoddy high street refurbs. In most countries manufacturers can choose their repair method.
