My iPad is stuck on color filters in part of the screen

So I have this Zoom (not the video conferencing app) like feature stuck on my iPad, and it is in grayscale, and I can’t shut it off. Any ideas?

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, Cell TD-LTE
