How to import/export custom commands in Voice Control

I have a bunch of custom commands on my personal MacBook (10.15.5), but I don’t see a way to export them so that I can import them on my work MacBook (10.15.4). Is it possible to do this? I don’t want to have to re-create the commands...

Hey there, bigobroyano,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're trying to export VoiceOver commands so you can transfer them to another computer. We'd be happy to help!

You can export specific preferences and settings in VoiceOver, and you can also use an external preferences drive to transfer them between computers. More information on doing both can be found here: Chapter 9. Customizing VoiceOver.

Best!
