Time Machine backing up but I'm still getting "backup failed error 69673"

Time Machine is backing up. I have several saves that are pushing the older ones out. I've checked them. They seem to be solid.

But then I get this "backup failed error 69673" message. It seems to be backing up but I get this error message every 30 mins. or so.

What might I be doing wrong?
