iPhone 6S Corrupted OS after upgrading to 13.5

Hi.. I upgraded my phone OS to 13.5 and ever since it has been complaining about no space. I deleted literally every app except for 4. When i look at the storage it says System is 5.6GB and Other is 7.4GB.

All the space i free up is being used by Other. I assume that my OS is corrupted.

When i try to take a backup of my device it says not enough space on the Mac(which has 300GB free space).

Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this? My phone is really unusable and i don't want to lose the data either.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13
