Quick Look shows files in reverse order

If I have a number of JPG files listed in Finder in ascending order of name, e.g., from Casa Lucia 1.jpg to Casa Lucia 38; and if I "Select All", and then choose Quick Look, it displays the image Casa Lucia 38 first. Hitting Next ">" takes me to Casa Lucia 37. In short, it displays the images in descending order.

And when the files are listed in Finder in descending order of name, it displays the images in ascending order.

How can I display the images in their correct order?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
