Apple ID has been locked for security reasons
My Respected,
i have bought few iPads for my self and family. I have created an apple id (Abids82@icloud.com) and used it for all of them. suddenly one by one stopped working and became disable. i tried all the procedure to reach my account to solve the issue but nothing worked for me.
Below mentioned procedure which i did to solve the problem.
1) when i logged into through an Apple official website, after entering the username and password, it showed me the massage that (This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons). After following some steps the message has showed that
"Unlock Email Sent
An email has been sent to your email address a•••••@i•••••.com. Follow the directions in the email to unlock your Apple ID and then sign in again"
2) In second procedure i visited the website (icloud.com) to check the email procedure but again same message has been showed that your id blocked.
3) In third procedure i followed the first mentioned procedure but this time i choose next option which to "Answer security questions"
a) entered my date of birth
b) unfortunately i didn't remember any security answer properly.
