I need to turn off the Icloud find the device
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13
The easiest way is to do it through you iCloud account. Log in from any web browser to https://www.icloud.com/find/

You can also remove the device from your account which turns off Find My Phone and the Activation Lock.
