Hello guys, My Mac is not working properly and its MacOs is not updated.This software that i am using is MacOs yosemite. some body can help me?

You need to fill in some details. "Not working properly" is not very descriptive.

Go to About This Mac in the Apple menu and see what model year MacBook Air you have. It needs to be a 2012 or later model to upgrade to Mojave or Catalina. If it is older than 2012, you can upgrade to High Sierra.


However, if it isn't working properly, you need to fix that before upgrading. It will likely end up working even less properly if you upgrade it. You could back up your Mac, use Internet Recovery to erase the drive and install a newer OS onto the Mac, then migrate your data from your Backup. However, if it isn't working properly because of a hardware problem, that won't solve it either.
