Start by going to Settings/Wi-Fi. Turn it off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If that doesn’t resolve it the next step is to restart your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
After than restart your Wi-Fi router by removing all power from it for 15 to 30 seconds.
There are other more advanced troubleshooting steps, but one of these will usually fix it.
