Doesn't turn on the iPhone XS Max.

My iPhone XS Max doesn't turn on.

This is the version from Hong Kong. When I sent to Micro Center (MICRO CENTER-025

80 E OGDEN AVE, WESTMONT, IL, 60559-1336. 630-371-5515), they contact to Apple Store and then, they rely that they are unable to service this device. And I should be referred to the place of purchase to seek out service.

How can I send it to Hong Kong, when I was been here, Apple Company is in US here??

If it is the problem from manufacture, can they approve to replace the other one?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13

Hello!

The reason that they are unable to service the device would be because the Apple warranty is not international: Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV AND HOMEPOD SERVICE.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.
