Replacement of an I phone 12

I have submitted my I phone 12 for replacement because it wasn’t turning on. I have sent this through authorized service provider Abans PLC Sri Lanka on 12 December 2020. I want to know why it is taking so much time to complete the process because it’s almost being 3 weeks now ?
