Problems with Keyword entry in Photos App since upgrade to Catalina

I want to inform Apple that there is a bug in the use of Keywords within the Photos App on my iMAC.

Previously when you enterred a keyword and hit return or or made another selection from a drop down list of previously used keywords, the entry would turn bold from shadow and you could correctly assume that the image had been labelled with that keyword. Now, you have to place the cursor in another part of the info dialogue box and generally fiddle around before the keyword is accepted. This is now very inconvenient and slow, there has been something changed in the software that does not allow the dialogue focus to move on and accept the entry. If you are also labelling a stack of images it is easy to miss the fact that the App has not actually accepted the keyword links to several images.......any views from Apple or other users please??
