Pop up

So this phone number pop up won’t go away. Anytime I hit cancel, it’ll appear over and over again, even on the lock screen too. I can’t do anything because of it, does anyone know how to fix it?

It's a simple JavaScript trick. It doesn't go away because the last command in the script is to redisplay the same popup when you close it. Infinite loop.

Squeeze Safari down with (I think it's at least three fingers) so you can see all of the open tabs. Tap the x on the top left of the tab the popup is on to close the entire web page.
