Bluetooth issues with Bootcamp solved - Catalina

Hi folks, I see lots of people on the web like myself having issues using Bluetooth devices with Windows 10 on Bootcamp from Mac OS. After trying many suggested tricks the easiest solution ever seemed to work such as this Reddit post suggest trying! Basically it boils down to this...

1) pair bluetooth devices in mac OS

2) Shutdown (not restart this is important!) wait 3-5 seconds.

3) Boot into windows

It seems sometime after Mojave or Catalina OSX a cold boot is now required into Windows in order for Bluetooth devices to be registered and working simply switching from a previously booted session of Mac OS via restart to Windows seems to block the devices.

It probably doesn't hurt however to check in Windows, Device Manager, Network Adapters, Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter > properties > Advanced tab > Bluetooth collaboration > set to enable and power management tab > uncheck "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

Hope this advice helps others it was driving me crazy!
