How do you view subscriptions through iTunes on a PC?

I could only find the answer and how it related to Apple products.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

See here: Manage subscriptions from Apple if you don't have an Apple device - Apple Support

Open the Account Menu->View My Account->Scroll down to Settings->click the Manage button next to Subscriptions.
