Damaged case

Hi, purchased an iPhone case for my iphone 11

being that it was a $40 case , I am writing you. For some reason , or I don’t know how it teard on the top corner of phone and now looks like it is gong to break . I have. Had cases prior for $5 -$10 and such never happened
