My new Mac Mini won't recognise my scanner.
It works just fine on my 2015 MacBook Air.
Both computers updated to Catalina 10.15.5
Scanner: HP ScanJet Pro 2500 F1.
Every other USB device is working perfectly.

Open Image Capture in your Applications folder and see if it recognizes your Scanner.

Are you certain that this scanner supports macOS 10.15 Catalina?
Hi, it does because it works on my laptop, which is running Catalina 10.15.5
