I do not have ability to download Apple TV app on my current Apple TV. It’s an older version. So I thought I would screen mirror from my iPhone. The content won’t load. All other apps like amazon will stream via screen mirroring why won’t Apple TV content?

The Apple TV app is unfortunately not available for Apple TV (2nd generation), not is that model able to receive Apple TV+ through AirPlay.
