If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, you can't.

See if anything here helps. If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.

Confirm MacBook Pro Password - my password isn't accepted Since upgrading to Ventura 13.1 on my Intel i5 2018 MacBook Pro, I'm asked to confirm my Password so I can still use iCloud. This passcode also protects access to data stored in iCloud." I enter my MacBook passcode and the window shakes "no". What am I doing wrong?
