iPhone iMessage conversation deleted but still on Apple watch--Can I copy back to iPhone?

An iMessage conversation with a friend was mysteriously deleted from my iPhone X -- years of conversation. However, it is still on my Apple watch. iMessages are not sync'd in my iCloud. Is there a method of copying/restoring the conversation from my Apple watch back to my iPhone X?

Also, can iPhones be hacked?
