Why the language switch in floating keyboard layout of iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 are not same?

It's very difficult to use between 2 model..... (iOS 13.5.1)

Can it be setting by user to be same layout ??

Magic keyboard language settings I have an ipad pro and a magic keyboard in a Swedish layout. If I set the language on the ipad to English In documents and emails, messages etc it assumes the keyboard is an English layout so the key functions all change. This was never a problem with my laptop where it would recognise the keyboard layout and then everything else could switch between English or Swedish with no problem. Is there a fix or is this something we have to live with until the tech catches up? Thanks
