1 Year free subscription
Hi Apple Support, when I set up my new Mac I subscribed to Apple TV 1 year free subscription but I am not sure that it is working. It is asking me to subscribe again with a 7 day trial?

If you had subscribed successfully, then you would have received a confirmation email with the details.
If you had subscribed successfully, then the subscription will be listed in your subscriptions overview.
The subscription will be for the Apple ID account that was used to redeem the offer (first user of the new device).
Verify that you are still signed in to the Apple TV app (menu Account).
