Concern of return or exchange the product with iphone 11

Apple Support Team,

kindly resolve my issue, i do not want the Iphone SE product which i have puchased from @Flipkart I want to return this product to Flipkart. Why person is go for online shopping apps to get the good discount or easy return policy right? Also i can buy this product from @Apple store but i go with @Flipkart it is my biggest mistake. @Flipkart has to resolve my issue through your support. As they are saying we can't do anything in that only the @Apple service support can do anything in this situation and i have to visit the apple service centre.

This is really bad that @Flipkart is making fool of their customers for Apple products. This is request to you please help on the same what should i do for the return or exchange(Return or exchange the product with iphone 11).

Kindly help, waiting for the positive response from your end as early as possible as i have only 7 days to return the product.
