Hi i forgot my password for macbook pro so i try to reset and i m getting this message
‘ reset password failed
there was an error communicating with icloud’
i tried to reset via recovery mode, by pressing command r, but after selecting terminal it doesn’t gave reset password option.
internet connection is good.
any help would be appreciated
