I rent a movie in apple tv in my ipad, but can’t see it - it’s shows that I don’t have accsess or not available. When I open it in iphone, it’s working well. Where the problem?

I rent a movie in apple tv in my ipad, but can’t see it - it’s shows that I don’t have accsess or not available. When I open it in iphone, it’s working well. Where the problem?
The problem is likely in the network connection.
It may be different on your iPhone if that connects to cellular, or is used in a different location.
Verify that your router or network doesn’t block the needed ports.
Verify that your iPad uses regular network settings (e.g. a VPN or custom DNS might cause incompatibilities). Verify that time and date and timezone are set correctly.
Verify that there is no wireless interference where the iPad is used.
Try restarting the iPad.
Try restarting the router (and optional other network gear).
