2g network problem

hi after software update 13.5.1 (2g network signal strength full but no incoming no outgoing,also try network reset.)now i am using a nokia 2g phone but its work grate in same sim in same place...

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

If you’ve done the restart, and done the the network-settings-reset, and done the backed up and wiped and reloaded and restored, contact Apple Support.
