New issue with clear history and website data in safari

i used to be able to clear my history and website data on my iphone and it would stay grayed out until i opened safari again. Now it will go back to blue every time I leave settings. My two reassurances: I don’t fin anything in website data under advanced settings. And the actual history looks to be empty. My only concern is that “clear history and website data” no longer stays grayed out. Ever.

The good people at apple support informed me that “clear history and website data” should always goes back to blue once I exit settings. Duh! I just never noticed that before.

I hope this info helps someone else out there. If you’re sure your history is cleared (via that clock symbol at the bottom) and you’ve checked the advanced settings and found no leftover data, you’re a-okay!
