Notes doesn’t Autoscan a document on my Iphone 11 Pro Max. Previously it was able to focus on a document to scan it however currently it tries to focus but just flickers rather than scanning a document. Does anyone know if Notes app is bugged?

We see that you're having an issue with Notes not scanning documents on your iPhone 11 Pro Max.
If you open the Camera app, do you notice any issues with taking photos using the rear-facing camera? If so, the issue may be with the camera: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.
If the camera works without an issue, but does't work in capturing documents in the Notes app, follow through these steps testing after each step: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open.
