Virus!
i have the iPhone XR and when I go on google I sometimes get theses pop ups saying I have 19 viruses on my home and to click this link and download a app to get rid of the viruses. What should I do?

You don’t have a virus, one of the sites you went to was invaded and you now have a browser hijack.
Slide up to remove Safari from your recently used apps. Then go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data (it will be blue letters). For good measure restart your iPhone.
