I upgraded my storage however my phone says it’s storage is full.

Why does my phone say full storage after I upgraded my storage plan already?

The iPhone PHYSICAL storage is fixed and cannot be upgraded like the iCloud VIRTUAL storage. They are two different things and one cannot substitute for the other. For more info, see:
