GPU performance after sleep

A few days ago I received my new Macbook Pro - Mid 2020 with Intel Core i7-1068NG7 and 32GB ram. After restart all works well and I'm getting a score of 10,000+ for Metal on Geekbench 5. After a sleep, this score drops to 2,700-3000 and doesn't recover until I restart.

Looking at Geekbench results, I'm not the only one with this problem.

Using "Intel Power Gadget" I reviewed the GPU Frequency and indeed, after a restart the frequency going all the way up to 1.1 GHz. After the laptop come back from sleeping, the GPU frequency never exceeds 300 MHz.

Any suggestion how to resolve?

I have same performance problems on my macbook pro after wake-up from sleep. I did som benchmarks and here are the results:

Low performance after wake-up: https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/compute/1187426

Good performance after restart: https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/compute/1187448

This problem does not occurs on every wake-up, only sometimes. I googled many threads on different forums where users are complaining about performance problems with wake-ups but without any solution.
