Color of text in iPhone messages

I was messing with my settings and I thought I didn’t touch anything but I guess I messed with something cause all of the text in my messages are black, the bubbles are the same color and everything is normal, it’s only in the messages that the text are black, it usually sends them as white but I don’t know what I did to change that

Hi there, Vickyyy207.

After reading your post, it appears that the text color in the Messages application has changed from white to black, and we're glad to help with this.

Adjust the brightness on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch -- Go to Settings > Display & Brightness. If the Appearance is set to "Light", select "Dark" and see if the text in Messages is white again.

Let us know how that goes.

Take care.
