Camera roll videos not playing
Hello,
I need urgent help!
I recorded some videos on my iPhone XR. When I went to the camera roll, I couldn't see them nor play them.
I am uploading some screenshots so as you can help me.

Thanks for posting on Apple Support Communities. I understand that suddenly some of your videos taken on your iPhone XR won't load. Your screenshots illustrate that the thumbnails appear grey and when you select the video you see an exclamation point. First, check to make sure your iPhone is up to date. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
The exclamation point that you are seeing usually means that the iPhone is low on storage and the original video is stored on the iCloud. You can check and manage available storage on your iPhone by tapping Settings> General> iPhone Storage. Manage your photo and video storage.
If there is available space on your iPhone, in order to download the original videos you will want to make sure you have Download and Keep Originals enabled. You can do so by tapping Settings> Photos> Enable Download and Keep Originals. Download iCloud photos and videos.
