My encrypted backup password won't work

I backed up my Iphone and my PC and the erased the phone. Now I try to restore it from the backup in Itunes and it is asking me for a password that I never set to begin with. It' not my Itunes password either.

I need this back up . Please tell me my data is not being held hostage on my PC now.
