App Store and iTunes account disabled

It looks like one of my children downloaded an app that cost money, so I reported it with my bank and now my App Store and iTunes account is disabled. How do i get in touch with someone to reverse this. I did not authorized the charge and I refuse to put my new card information online to be charged again. Can someone help?

I don't know of another option other than trying later or finding some other method of contacting Apple support.
