App Store account disabled

Dear all. I am using iPhone 11 and from October 21 I registered on Dating.com and started using the app. In 4 days I spent 1200$ gift card to charge the credits on the app. But after that I wasn’t able to charge seeing the report” your purchase was not completed” and after that my App Store account has been disabled. I talked to apple support but they told me iTunes has blocked my account and there is nothing they can do except that I sent my situation as a feedback to iTunes. I saw in youtube that it may be as a result of too much payment. What do you think? Is it temporary or forever?

Your efforts for solving this problem are highly appreciated in advance.👏👏👏👏👏

This is temporary. So, have Apple Enable it Vie Phone. In depth...

Troubleshooting a Disabled Account:

A. Visit this Link: If your Apple ID is Locked or Disabled - Apple Support

B. Why Accounts Become Disabled:

When your Account has been disabled, that often happens due to suspicious activity --- Perhaps nothing on your part. They disable it for no more than Security & Privacy concerns.

Possible Reasons Could Include:

  • Too many unsuccessful login attempts
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions

C. So, To Re-Enable it...

As you might suspect, no one here would know the reason for this occurrence, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They’ll know why this occurred and will run you right through the fix.

Contact Apple Support:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
