iPad Pro 2018 Screen Issues

Hello, lately I’ve been having issues where a specific area on my screen is simply unresponsive in a sense that when I write with my Apple Pencil with it, it skips, if that makes sense (I’ll try to include a video). It got worse today, and I’m really worried that it will degrade further.

iPad Screen friction problem Is there a way to fix the inconsistent friction on iPad screen when I use the Apple pencil? I am really taking good care of my iPad's screen, even having an Apple-approved cloth to clean, my Apple pencil's nib is brand new but all of a sudden it became harder to draw on certain parts of the screen. It's a 3rd gen iPad pro. Is this a hardware problem?
