Apple TV not working on Samsung tv

Cannot start the app on my TV, it just tries to load and does not open.

Try restarting the TV.

Verify that the Apple TV app is up-to-date/that no newer update is available.

Verify that the smart TV OS and TV firmware is up-to-date.

Verify connectivity to the home network and the internet. Verify essential open ports.

Verify your country or region settings. Verify your time zone setting. Verify the time setting.

Verify that no VPN or custom DNS is used.
