Recently deleted apps drain on battery

For some weeks now I have experienced problems with the loss of Battery power in my iPad Pro. I have noticed that in the information about the battery usage 54% is being used by deleted battery apps; 125 hours in the last 10 days. I have tried different things but am wondering if there are any suggestions of what I should Try before I attempt to resolve the problem by reseting the device to factory settings. Thanks.

the battery usage is statistical, so it display that the deleted app used battery not that it still does, given time it should stop being reported when the statistic timeframe moves out of the timeframe where the app was installed.
