Locking Safari to only access website

I am trying to solve an issue with locking an IPAD to just being able to access 1 website. The solution is a simplify access I am being told. That allows only SAFARI to be used. But how to I lock Safari to only access 1 website?

You can attempt to lock it using a whitelist containing that website, while blacklisting all others. This can be done through the content filtering within screen time. After that, you can lock the device into single app mode. An easier method is to use a kiosk browser (there are several on the App Store). You can configure that browser with many settings including automatically refreshing to the home page after several minutes of inactivity. Some of these apps are free but have small branding of the app, and some have a cost and run like a standard kiosk.
