Shipping AirPod replacement

Where is the the label cause I didn’t get any kit?? It was just a white box with the AirPod replacement.

Hello,

The label is adhered to the shipping box. All you will need to do is tear off the top label (the label sending the package to you) which will reveal the return label.

AirPod replacement I got an AirPod replaced because it kept going static when you would put them on. But now the old one and new one will not pair at the same time. I’ve reset the AirPod pros 5 times and charged them up fully together but they just won’t work together. It’s either one or the other that can play music at once.
