Photos in my iPhone disappeared

Hello! I have a subscription for iCloud 200gb and this month i paid for it too late (in 5-7 days after exact paying date). All the photos in icloud were deleted from my phone so i still do not have anything in my gallery but i checked my icloud account in browser on the computer and all of my photos are there! I do not know how to return them into phone gallery so could you please help me with that problem?

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Once you have expanded your iCloud space 200 GB, you need to turn on iCloud Photos on your phone.

This assumes that it is now turned off.
