I want is to use my AirPods as microphone input and bluetooth speaker as voice output. Can my iPhone, or iPad or MacBook Pro receive voice in from AirPods and send voice out the bluetooth speaker? Specifically I want to amplify my voice not a playlist or podcast, etc.

This is an interesting question, you may be able to do this with GarageBand. You would connect your AirPods and speaker to an iPhone, iPad, or Macintosh. You would then create a new project using the Voice Recorder “instrument”. You would then set the AirPods as the input source. You would then turn on the audio monitor feature which would take GarageBand’s audio input and play it out of iPad’s output destination.
