Why is my daughter’s iPad listed on MY IPHONE’S Find my phone app? I never put her iPad on there. Also when I track it the address keeps changing to 3 different addresses near me. Has my phone been hacked?

Well thanks to all who answered but I got my problem resolved by Apple support and the result is very hilarious. My daughter had set up my iPad for me about six years ago and when she did she put her name on it so it was actually my iPad that was trying to connect with my phone and I thought it was her iPad because it had her name on the iPad account. LOL
It sounds like she is using the same Apple ID as you. If that is the case, you need to change one of them. The Apple ID is designed to only be used by one person.
