Apple TV log in

Unable to log in. Some time back we went to two factor login. Now we cannot log in. Have tried without two factor code and doesn't work. Try again and put the verification code at the end of our password and it stillll does not work. Tried many times with no success. Tried unplugging the device but still the same problem. The password is fine and works on our other 7 Apple devices.

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support


If this Apple TV is 2nd or 3rd generation, the you may need to do the adjusted sign-in procedure: Type your password followed by the six-digit verification code directly into the password field. Additionally, there is a time limit, after which the code becomes invalid.


Try this: First enter the characters of your password (do not submit yet), then manually request a new verification code, then append that code to the password (no spaces or other separating characters), and then submit.
