After I updated to to 10.14.6, everyday, someday more than once, my battery discharge to 92~94% and recharge, WHILE connected to power!!
Before 10.14.6, it never happened.
I'm worried with my battery life.

New battery charging algorithms maximize your Mac battery's useful life: About battery health management in Mac notebooks - Apple Support. I have no way of determining if they were applied to previous macOS versions though.
It's not clear to me whether your battery is charging properly or not. Please read If your Mac battery won't charge - Apple Support.
If your Mac's battery percentage shows a gradual discharge to the low 90s before it starts charging, it seems to me that's correct and intentional behavior designed to derive the greatest lifespan from a Mac's battery.
It's not clear to me whether that's what you're describing or not though. If it's not charging at all while connected to power, then the "battery won't charge" Support document is relevant.
Apple implements changes in their battery charging algorithms with just about every macOS update.
This is normal.
I don't know if Battery health management is enabled in 10.14.6... At least I have no button to turn it on and off. I will search for it.
This begin to happens only after the last update. And it seems random. In the beginning, I thought it was related to cpu usage. But it isn't. Apparently there's no trigger to it happen.
I will try reset smc too.

Sorry. To be clear:
1) the Mac is plugged in power
2) battery is full
3) while in plugged in power, battery begins to discharge even with no high cpu usage
4) it keeps discharging until 92~94%
5) now it begins to charge until is 100% again
today, it was a bit strange. I used it in battery (not plugged to power), until the battery was in 40%.
After that I plugged the power. It changed to 100%. Two hours after, with no apparent reason, it discharged to 92% (while plugged in power as described above)... and charged again to 100%.
for me, doesn’t make sense it discharge by it self in a day that I already used the battery for a few hours!!!
