how can I move photos to the "hidden" folder while using the icloud.com web app?

how can I move photos to the "hidden" folder while using the icloud.com web app?

I'm using iCloud.com on my windows laptop and there are some photos that I want to move to the "hidden" folder so that they're not in my main photo roll. How can I do that? I dont see any options or places that I can select to move them. Under the "move" drop down, "hidden" is not an option.
