iTunes Media Services is using a lot of data. How do I fix this?
So far I've done the following:
Settings / Cellular / iTunes Store (Off) & Music (Off)
Settings / iTunes & App Store / Automatic Downloads (Off)
Settings / Music / Cellular Data (Off)

Turn off iCloud Music Library --> Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support
Turn off iTunes Match --> Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
Turn off WiFi Assist (see the pic below)
Turn off iCloud Music Library --> Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support
Turn off iTunes Match --> Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support

I turned off "Sync Library."
I do not subscribe to iTunes Match.
WiFi assist is off.
I'm still experiencing the same issue. I went as far as deleting iTunes; however, the issue persisted. Any additional advice is greatly appreciated.
